I've been stressing about not having a lawn yet...

I guess we are OK for a little bit longer.  Haha!  

Swimming Summer!

Remember last year how I took like a million pictures of us at the pool?  It's back!

On Tuesday afternoon, we tried out our pass at Seven Peaks for the year.  We had one last year and L-O-V-E-D it!  This year is looking to be even better!  Jennah loved the water!  She wanted to walk where it was deep and put her head in the waterfall and go down the slides and almost anything else we could do!  She was even a good girl if we got out and just layed on our towels for a while.  Aren't she and Bentley such cute sun tanners?  I can't wait to go back!

We are SO ready for summer fun!

Rocky Mouth Trail

Today we took a little hike with some of Brandon's family up the Rocky Mouth Trail to the waterfall.  It's just a short hike...but a little steep.  I can't believe I forgot that from last year.  I guess I'm forgetting the parts of the hikes I hated last year.  Ha!  Sorry about that, everyone.

Despite it being steep, I think everyone had fun!  Jennah was great in the backpack again this year which means more hiking for us! Yah!  I don't know what I am going to do when she wants to actually hike.  Yikes!

The waterfall was beautiful!  And crowded.  Apparently, we weren't the only ones who thought hiking on a gorgeous Memorial Day was a great idea.  The water was FREEZING!  I had my feet in the water for a little too long I guess.  I thought they were going to fall off!  All in all, a successful hike, but I think I'll have to consult Heidi before I choose another one so I don't forget key points like steepness when considering hikes!

Baby Brynlee

Jennah just loves babies!  She is paricularly taken with little Baby Brynlee.  She's only 10 months younger than Jennah and I think Jennah will be disappointed when she realizes that Brynlee won't be a baby for much longer.  Nonetheless, Jennah loves to "help" her Auntie Cheryl with the baby and Cheryl is kind enough to let Jennah try.  Feeding the baby was the highlight of her week!

Mother's Day

OK, I seriously can't believe I haven't blogged about Mother's Day yet.  What in the world?!

So my little bro has been out in Washington DC working and my mom has been having withdrawals (can we say "favorite"?).  So Court concocted a plan to make my mom's Mother's Day awesome!  He flew in the Friday before Mother's Day and Jennah and I picked him up at the airport all unknown to my mother.  She didn't know he was in town until about 10 minutes after we had arrived in Lewiston and he came and knocked on her front door.

She was SO surprised!  She cried, but we were all anticipating that. :)  

We arranged for the whole family to get together on Saturday afternoon.  It's so fun when we can all be together!  The kids have so much fun!  

Jennah was particularly in love with the trampoline and Kaitlyn was kind enough to keep her entertained.

Of course, we had a family picture.  But we were missing too many grandkids so we just got the parents.  We aren't as cute as our kids...we're just not.

And Court got to meet Sara for the first time...
