i was linked to canisha's blog last week by a birth mother that i know. i read her whole story, and in the process, linked over here to you. the next time i went back to see canisha's blog it was private! i was bummed that i missed the chance to follow her beautiful, inspiring, and honest journey.

I stumbled on to Canisha's blog last week and read her whole story, and in the process, linked over to yours. The next time I went back to blog it was private! I was sad that I missed the chance to follow her inspiring, and honest journey. My sister adopted in January through LDS family services and it was so insightful to read the story from the other sides perspective. We love her birthmom !!! I now love to read of other couples amazing journeys.
I would love to continue to read your story but understand if you are limiting to family and close friends.

I too have just happened upon your blog. My family is in the process of growing through adoption as well but we are doing it through foster care so we have the rare opportunity to really get to know the natural parents through weekly visits.
